Promoting Private Sector Growth and Innovation

German–Ghanaian international cooperation has a new face on the block: the Private Sector and Innovation Promotion (PSInno) programme, implemented in partnership with the Ministry of trade agribusiness and Industry (MoTAI).

PSInno focuses on driving innovation to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and promote employment in the digital economy and agribusiness sectors, particularly in northern Ghana. Special emphasis is placed on supporting women-led and youth-led SMEs.

The programme directly supports SMEs to grow their businesses, enhance productivity, and access global markets, contributing to economic prosperity in Ghana, Germany, and Europe. 🌍

PSInno is commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in cooperation with the Ministry of trade agribusiness and Industry (MoTAI).
