Responsible AI and Data Protection: Aligning Ghana’s Data Protection Act with Emerging AI Use Cases

The Responsible AI and Data Protection forum hosted by The AI Collective Knowledge Innovations, and Gen AI Collective Ghana examines how Ghana can align AI adoption with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). It brings together key stakeholders to address issues of data privacy, consent, transparency, and governance, while identifying regulatory gaps and practical challenges across real-world AI use cases.
