Mobile-health Network Solutions Inc. (MNDR) and Ghana's Jospong Group have signed a joint venture agreement to launch MNDR's AI-powered digital healthcare platform exclusively in Ghana. The JV, MHNS Ghana Limited, combines MNDR's technology with Jospong's local expertise and capital, aiming to offer teleconsultation, diagnostics, patient engagement, and employer health benefits. The partnership plans a phased rollout starting with Ghana, followed by potential expansion into other Sub-Saharan African markets. This move marks MNDR's first operational step into Africa, leveraging local partnerships to scale its healthcare ecosystem regionally.
