Leopold is a self-driven; results-oriented, accomplished and visionary Senior Information Systems & Digital Banking Executive with over twenty-five (25) years of professional experience and exposure in delivering advanced solutions and implemented both technical and business strategies toward transforming and creating value for major entities. He has pioneered digital transformation within multiple financial institutions over the past decade and more, leading to cultural change, technology shift, productivity, operational resilience, and innovation of impactful platforms that creates new customer experiences. He is presently leading the Transformation Strategy of PBL over the past five (5) years, resulting in a quick rollout of various cutting-edge solutions, making the Bank an emerging force within the digital space. A champion of digital financial services and had spoken on both local and international platforms. Finally, Leopold was adjudged, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Year 2017 during Ghana Information Technology & Telecoms Awards (GITTA). An individual award in acknowledgment of contribution and achievements within the financial industry. Also, he was recognised among Ghana’s 25 Most Influential Fintech Leaders by FINTECH AFRICA in 2019. Additionally, Leopold was among the few distinguished Ghanaian Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Information Technology (IT) professionals who made entries into the 2020 and 2026 editions of the World CIO 200 Awards, another milestone for the Ghana since joining the network in 2018.
