Edward Aikins is a results-driven technology professional with extensive global experience spanning technology, telecommunications, and financial technology sectors. Currently a Senior Manager at Deloitte Ghana supporting technology & transformation projects. Edward has a proven track record of leading high-impact projects and managing diverse teams across multiple industries. His expertise encompasses solution conceptualisation, innovation processes, sales strategy, negotiation, and strategic people development, enabling him to drive digital transformation initiatives and deliver value-driven outcomes. Edward’s career highlights include developing technology due diligence and digital skills methodologies for major institutions, implementing digital and e-commerce strategies, and leading technology assessments for banks, NGOs, and government agencies. He holds an MBA in Leading Innovation & Change from York St. John University and a BSc in Computing from Greenwich University UK. Edward is currently in executive leadership within the Engineering, Data & AI Unit at Deloitte across Ghana & West Africa. Edward’s leadership and commitment to technology enablement have positioned him as a key contributor to digital advancement in Ghana and beyond.
